Bart's Time For Travel is owned and operated by Bart Kramer.  He has served the public in education and law enforcement for 37 years.  In addition, he has worked for United Airlines as a reservation agent and Liberty Travel as a travel consultant.  It was through these two companies that he became knowledgeable about the travel industry. 

Bart is a member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), IATA (International Air Transport Association), OSSN (Outside Sales Support Network), ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents), vacation.com, and the South Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a Certified Sandals Specialist, has the ranking as Commodore in Princess Cruise Lines Training, is a Las Vegas Certified Specialist,an Ireland specialist, and a Uniworld River Cruise specialist.
